Return & Exchange Policy – Erylex Global Imports
At Erylex Global Imports, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.
1. No Refunds Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer cash or digital refunds once an order has been completed.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We only accept exchanges if:
- The item received is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear pictures of the item.
3. Conditions for Exchange
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Must be returned within 5 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless it’s our error

- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photo evidence of item
We’ll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
